This machine was designed for filling heavy pastes, chunky products, creams, gels and lotions, and water thin products. With simple tool-less cleaning and our Allen-Bradley PLC and touchscreen control system, product changeover is fast and simplified. This system is the most versatile of fillers. Offered system from Semi-Automatic 1-2 Head to Fully-Automatic 2-12 Head machines. Nozzle size range from ¼” to 2-½”.

This filler meter dispenses heavy chunky sauces, food products, honey, thick shampoo and hair conditioners, cosmetic creams, and paste. Constructed of 304 and 316 Stainless Steel for thorough Alkali cleaning and aggressive cleaning agents.
