FOOD AND BEVERAGE – USPE manufactures a complete range of food grade and sanitary filling systems to meet the needs of NSF Compliant systems. Our filling machines are available in all sanitary designs featuring quick disconnect valves, tri-clamp fittings, and sanitary tubing. Sanitary pumps are also available for applications using viscous products. Reservoirs and Manifolds on our sanitary equipment feature flanged quick disconnect fittings so that the bottling machinery can be easily and thoroughly cleaned. Clean-in-place systems can also be included to assist the operator in cleaning the inline filler. All our filling machines are designed for easy setup, simple changeover, minimal downtime for maintenance & cleaning, and maximum versatility. Distilled Spirts is a beverage that we also excel with environment compatible designed electronics. Our systems can be UL compliant or UL Listed upon request.

PERSONAL CARE – HEALTH & BEAUTY – USPE manufactures specific machines for the cosmetic industry. Our equipment is designed for the range of high-viscosity creams and lotions with FDA compliant contact material that is also resistant to the variations of PH associated with soaps, shampoos and even nail polish remover. Equipment designed for the Personal Care industry must be designed for cleanout and to limit waste of expensive product during product changeover. USPE designs our equipment to do both.
